License & Driver Age

Drivers must have a valid domestic or international driver's license for at least two years. The required age is 23 for Economy and Compact vehicles, and at least 3 years' driving license and 25 years of age are required for standard and higher groups. For luxury and higher groups, a 3-year driver's license and over 28 years of age are required. If you are over 75, please let us know, age restrictions may apply in some areas.

Minimum Rental Period

The minimum rental period is 3 days. We do not have a rental service for less than 3 days. The 1-day figures of our pricing are the prices to be taken as a basis for the day extension of our customers who rent more than 3 days.

What's Included / Not Included in Prices

Prices include: Unlimited mileage, third party insurance (within legal limits), damage insurance (CDW), theft insurance, VAT 18%, local taxes, oil, maintenance, 24-hour roadside assistance. Special prices and conditions may apply for long-term rentals (at least 30 days).

Prices not included: Fuel, personal insurance (PAI), one-way rental fee (where applicable), optional extra services (additional drivers, baby and child seats, navigation device, equipment, optional insurances), parking fees, highway toll charges, delivery and return charges outside office/airport.

Payment & Deposit Terms

For vehicle reservation and price guarantee, a prepayment of at least 20% of the total rental fee can be requested at the time of reservation and the remaining balance is paid upon delivery of the vehicle. If there is less than 3 days left for your purchase at the time of booking, the full rental price can be requested. Visa/Master Card credit cards, cash, bank transfer are accepted for payment. Only local currency TL can be paid with credit cards.

Deposit requirement at the start of the rental:

Damage that may occur outside the scope of insurance on the return of the car rental, faulty use, missing fuel, rental day extensions, unpaid traffic fines, etc. For additional costs, a minimum provision of 500 TL is taken for the main driver's credit card upon delivery of the vehicle. Provision is not the withdrawal of the collateral from the card, but the blocking of the collateral amount during the rental period. In some vehicle groups, the amount of coverage may be higher. For this purpose, a Visa/Master Card credit card information that is valid for a minimum of 6 months and has a usable limit on the name of the lessee at the beginning of the rental is added to the rental contract. If the original credit card, owner and information are not available at the time of purchase, the vehicle cannot be rented and the reservation is canceled according to the cancellation conditions. Cash deposits are not accepted.

Insurance Information

Third Party (Traffic) Insurance:

Traffic insurance covers the material and moral damages that the renting driver will cause to third parties, other vehicles and properties with the vehicle he rented, at the rate of the applicable limits. Damages exceeding the legal limits are the responsibility of the lessor.

Accident Insurance (CDW):

It covers the damages that may occur as a result of the collision in the rented vehicle, if our company is informed at the time of damage and the necessary alcohol and traffic reports are delivered to our relevant office within 48 hours from the date of damage. According to the rented vehicle group, the first 500 TL to 1000 TL of the damage is covered by the insurance exemption and belongs to the lessor. The optional additional insurance for the exemption can be insured by purchasing the Exemption Insurance (Super CDW) at the start of the rental. Accident Insurance (CDW), mechanical failures that may occur as a result of usage errors, loss of key, spare wheel / tool kit / license / wheel cover / wiper / antenna loss, wrong fuel filling, battery expenses that may occur as a result of leaving the headlight and radio / CD player on, tire splits, glass and headlight breakage, child seat, navigation device, Radio / CD player, etc. It does not cover the cleaning costs, cigarette/floor burns due to theft, loss, damage of the equipment, returning the vehicle dirty enough to require cleaning by the auto hairdresser. According to the accident traffic reports, the time that the vehicle will spend in the service or the time that will pass until it is ready to be rented again due to the damages in which the lessor is 100% faulty or due to the expenses not covered by the insurance on the vehicle, are collected as job loss by calculating the daily rental fee in the rental contract.

Theft Insurance:

If the vehicle is stolen by force during the rental period, while the vehicle is parked and the key is stolen, and the stolen report is taken from the nearest police / gendarmerie station and notified to our company within 24 hours, the vehicle cost is covered by the insurance exemption fee (500.00 TL-1000.00 TL according to the vehicle group). The key of the vehicle must be returned to our company by the lessor, otherwise the theft insurance is invalid. In case the vehicle is stolen with the key as a result of the loss or the transfer of the key to a third party by the lessor, the theft insurance considers theft as an abuse of security and the vehicle cost is paid by the lessor. The time between the theft of the vehicle and the insurance payment of the vehicle cost is collected from the lessor as job loss compensation. The lessor's liability is limited to a maximum of 30 days.

Exemption Insurance (Super CDW):

Accident Insurance (CDW) insurance is exempted from the damages that may occur as a result of the collision, up to 500.00 TL in Economy-Compact groups, 800.00 TL in Wagon-Standard groups, and up to 1000.00 TL in Minibus-Luxury groups. When the lessor buys the optional Exemption Insurance (Super CDW) by paying an additional fee at the beginning of the rental, he is not responsible for the above exemption fees.

LCF (Tire, Glass, Headlight) Insurance:

You can cover tire splits, headlights and glass breakages that may occur in non-accident situations by purchasing optional LCF (Tire, Glass, Headlight) insurance at an additional cost.

Individual Accident Insurance:

It covers the treatment expenses of the passengers in the rented vehicle within the limits determined in the vehicle's insurance policy. This insurance may not be available in all offices or may be purchased at an additional cost.

Important notes:

In order for the insurance to be valid, the driver should not be under the influence of alcohol or any drugs during the accident, not exceed the legal speed limits, not drive the vehicle outside of the highways, traffic and alcohol reports must be kept at the time of the accident and delivered to our nearest office within 48 hours, except for the ones named in the rental contract. should not be used, should not be transported outside the load limit specified in the vehicle license, the vehicle should not be abandoned at the accident site and the nearest office should be notified. If the damage is noticed on the return of the vehicle and the necessary reports are not received at the time of the damage, the insurance is invalid and the damage is not covered by the declaration.

Additional Drivers

Rental vehicles can be used by two additional drivers apart from the renting driver. In order for additional drivers to use the vehicle, they must be registered in the contract at the beginning of the rental. Additional drivers may be charged additional fees and can be purchased at the time of booking or at the start of the rental. Additional drivers must meet the driver's license and age criteria at the start of the rental. If an unregistered driver has an accident, the insurance will be void.

Child Seat/Navigation Device/Snow Chain

When requested at the time of booking, you can rent child seats, navigation devices, snow chains, etc. for an additional fee. Although you do not request it in your reservation, if you request it at vehicle delivery, the equipment can be provided to you if available.

Flight information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct flight information and times at the time of booking for airport delivery and return rentals. If flight information is not available at the time of booking, flight information must be notified to us at least 24 hours before vehicle delivery. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for the problems that may occur in the delivery or return of the vehicle due to the flight information or changes that are not notified on time, and will not pay any fees. When you inform the flight information in advance, it will be possible for our staff to meet you on time during your arrival and departure from the airport.

Vehicle Delivery & Return Conditions

You can deliver/return the rental car from our office or address in cities, airports. In cities where ANTALYA Car Rental offices are located, no delivery or return fee is charged for distances up to 5 km from the office during office hours. If delivery and return will be made to your hotel, home/work address, outside the city limits for distances over 5 km, a fee of 1.00 TL per kilometer is collected from the nearest ANTALYA RENT A CAR office. Except for airports, pick-up and return outside of city office working hours are subject to additional charges.

One Way Rental

If the vehicle return office/city is a different office/city than the purchase office/city, this type of rental is called one-way rental. In this type of rental, the distance between the reception and return offices/cities is multiplied by 0.30 EUR/0.65 TL per km, and the one-way rental fee is calculated and added to the rental price. This fee covers the service fee required to take the rented vehicle to the reception office.

Vehicle Group/Model

Specific car model and make cannot be guaranteed. The desired groups and features are guaranteed. (Example: compact, A/C , manual) ANTALYA RENT A CAR in cases that may occur due to reasons beyond its control (delayed or damaged return of the vehicle from the previous customer, technical failure, force majeure, etc.). reserves the right to replace it with the upper group.

Late/Early Returns

Late Return: When the vehicle returns after the return time specified in the contract, there is no additional charge for delays of up to 59 minutes, when notified in advance and approved by us. For delays of 60 minutes or more, an additional fee of 1/5 of the daily rental fee is charged per hour for each delayed hour. An extra day fee is charged for delays of 5 hours or more. The lessor cannot return the vehicle late without notice and cannot extend the rental period without the approval of the relevant office. ANTALYA RENT A CAR reserves the right not to approve the lease extension in cases where it is required to prepare the vehicle for the next reservation.

Early Returns:

  No refund will be made for rental vehicles that return earlier than the return/return time written in the rental contract.

If the vehicle is delivered at the beginning of the rental, the license, plate and tools must be returned. In cases that cannot be fixed with normal washing and require a car hairdresser, the cleaning fee is collected upon return.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are not rented full tank. Refunds must be made at the same level as the fuel tank level was at the start of the car rental. The missing fuel difference in vehicles returning with missing fuel is collected on the return. Please purchase fuel according to your needs, fuel refunds cannot be made for vehicles that return with excess fuel.

If you wish, you can order prepaid fuel to be collected at the beginning of the rental. Before the vehicle is rented, the requested fuel (1/4, 1/2, full tank) is filled into the vehicle and the fee is collected in advance on delivery. You have to bring the vehicle you rented by purchasing a prepaid petrol service with an empty tank on your return, fuel cannot be refunded for vehicles returning with excess fuel.

Traffic Fines

Traffic fines (including security camera recordings that cannot be notified to you), highway/bridge/parking fees that may occur during your rental period belong to the lessor. If you do not pay these fines on time, the traffic/tax office will notify our head office as the owner of the vehicle, and even if the rental is over, it will be collected from you with the interest and service fee. Please do not have to pay additional interest and fees by paying the penalties on time.

Departure Abroad

Our rental cars cannot be taken abroad. Otherwise, the insurance will lose its validity and the renter will be obliged to pay the cost of the vehicle.

Cancellation Conditions

In accordance with the cancellation conditions, the customer can cancel the reservation by giving prior notice. When you have to cancel your reservation, Antalya Car Rental charges a cancellation fee according to the time remaining until the car rental purchase date. Cancellation Conditions:

- No refunds will be made for early return rentals, late pick-ups from the reservation date and time, no show when the vehicle is not received at the reservation time without notice, and cancellations made after the start of the rental. CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT

SIDES
In this contract, the owner of the vehicle who gives the lease to use the vehicle will be referred to as the "Lesser", and the one who takes the vehicle to use the vehicle in return for the rent will be referred to as the "Lesser".

DRIVER'S LICENSE AND AGE LIMITATION
In order to rent a car, you must be over the age of 23 and have a valid domestic or international driver's license for at least 3 years. For middle and upper class vehicles, it is necessary to have a valid domestic or international driving license of 25 years and at least 5 years.

RENTAL PERIOD
       The minimum duration of car rental is at least 3 days (72 hours).

CONTRACT PRICE
The attached price list is an integral part of this contract. The amounts written in the price tariff arising from this contract will be applied. The contract price consists of:

Renting price
Daily rental fee and/or kilometer fee to be calculated according to the amounts specified in the tariff for the day the vehicle is used and/or the distance traveled during the rental period, (the amount of distance traveled by the vehicle is determined by reading the kilometer clock put on the vehicle by the manufacturer. calculated based on the distance of the trip on the map)

Insurance price
The tenant and any authorized driver specified in article 5 of this contract are insured with a traffic insurance policy. The insurance company and the customer will be responsible for the portion of the damages to be incurred by third parties due to the use of the rented vehicle by the lessee, within the Policy Limits, and for the portion exceeding the policy limits. In the event that the damages to third parties are recoursed to the owner of the vehicle, the lessee shall accept in advance and irrevocably that he shall be liable for the interests and all ancillary (litigation and follow-up expenses, attorney's fees, etc.) of the damages recourse to the vehicle owner, and that he shall be compensated without delay when these amounts are notified to him, declared and committed.

Vehicle Transport Cost
In case the vehicle is left at a location different from the office where it was delivered to the customer and/or is delivered at the location, the One Way Km. Vehicle transfer fee is charged over the fee. In so far, if the vehicle is received outside the cities where the signature rent a car offices are located, the transportation fee of the personnel who will receive the delivery is also collected from the customer.

Taxes
VAT and taxes that must be collected from the consumer according to the law are included in the contract price.

Additional Driver Fees
Persons not included in the vehicle driver list of the contract cannot drive the vehicle. In order for a person other than the renter to use the vehicle, valid identity and driver's license information must be written in the contract at the beginning of the rental and additional daily driver fees must be paid.

If this rule is not followed, the insurances received will be deemed invalid and the tenant and users will be held responsible for all damages, penalties and indemnities.

Fuel Expenses
The vehicle must be delivered to the customer with the amount of fuel it was delivered to. At the end of the rental, the fuel of the vehicles that will come with missing fuel will be completed at the signature rent a car offices, and the payment will be made by the tenant with the 30% service fee and VAT amount to be added to the fuel amount.

Maintenance and Repair
The vehicle will be delivered to the customer with maintenance and cleaning and hygienic conditions. In case of renting a vehicle with a long-term rental agreement, the customer is obliged to check the oil, water and tire pressures of the vehicle. For the periodic maintenance of the vehicle (oil change, etc.), the lessee will bring the vehicle to the lessor without waiting, to ensure that it is maintained, or to have the vehicle serviced at the authorized service station. If the lessee has the vehicle serviced at the authorized service station, the invoice will be returned to him when he delivers the invoice to the lessor on behalf of the lessor.

Repairs, spare parts and tire replacement costs as a result of normal use and wear belong to the lessor.

Apart from normal use, negligence and misuse, (such as oil-free, waterless use, freezing tire splitting) repairs, parts and tire costs and the cost of the vehicle to be calculated over the current tariff belong to the lessee.

Repairs that may be required in emergencies are made by obtaining the approval of the nearest office of the lessor and at the expense of the lessee.

Baby chair
There are no baby seats in rented vehicles. Upon the customer's request, a baby seat will be added to the vehicle for the price written in the price list.

Traffic Fines
During the periods when the rental agreement is in force, all traffic fines except the fines imposed for reasons arising from the vehicle will be borne by the customer.

The tenant has to act according to the traffic rules of the highways. The lessee is responsible for the penal actions to be applied as a result of the accidents caused by their violation, and for their accessories (the expenses that will occur as a result of tying and towing the vehicle subject to traffic ticket rental, and other expenses that will occur as a result of the accident).

Bridge and Toll roads tolls and illegal tolls
The toll fees to be spent on the HGS cards attached to the vehicles to be paid by the lessor at the bridge and toll road crossings of the vehicles will be paid by the lessee to the relevant office by adding 18% of the cost of the crossing.

Responsibilities of the Lessor Due to the Transactions and Actions of the Tenant Contrary to the Rental Agreement and Legal Rules
Damages caused by the use of the vehicle by another driver,
All other fines and court costs incurred against the lessor for parking, traffic or law violations,
The expenses that may arise due to the tying of the vehicle and the income losses of the days due to the inability to rent the vehicle,
Expenses incurred due to the repair of all kinds of damage to the vehicle due to misuse, collision or overturning, expenses of the lessor and material and moral compensations that he is responsible for paying to third parties, will be able to benefit from the vehicle insurance provided that it is used and completed the transactions. In this case, it will be responsible for the part of the damage that is outside the exemption limit.)
Informed expenses and losses after the end of the contract
The tenant will be responsible for all damages that arise from the use of the vehicle during the period the rental agreement is in force, but that were not notified or detected by the official authorities, third parties and/or the tenant until the end of the rental agreement.

Losses that are notified after the end of the lease agreement will be charged to the credit card that the tenant reported during the contract. If the payment is not made within 7 days following the notification of the damage caused to the lessee who did not notify the credit card during the contract, the tenant will be deemed to be in default without the need for any further notice.

PAYMENT
Tenant; It accepts, declares and undertakes, in advance and irrevocably, to pay the rental type and services requested in this contract, the prices written in the price tariff annexed to this contract, and the taxes, insurance premiums and additional service costs arising from this contract, within the framework written below.

In lease agreements of up to three months, rental and other service costs will be paid to the seller in cash and/or by credit card during the contract.

If the rental agreement is more than three months, the fees arising from the rental and other services for the first three months will be paid in advance, and the new period rent and other service fees will continue to be paid in cash before the start of the following rental periods.

GUARANTEE
During the issuance of the contract, the lessee accepts, declares and undertakes to pay a guarantee in the amount of the contract apart from the contract price. The fact that the guarantee has not been paid during the contract does not remove the right of the lessor to request a guarantee. The lessee accepts, declares and undertakes in advance and irrevocably that he will pay the security within three business days following the lessor's request for security.

If valid American Express, Visa, Eurocard, Master Card holders have sufficient credit limits, their rental fees and collateral will be defined on their credit cards and no separate collateral will be taken.

Customers who have paid cash collateral will be paid to the customer once, on the expiry date of the contract, with the remaining part of the collateral according to the final account to be issued at the end of the lease agreement. The remaining parts of the guarantees of the customers who have credit cards will be returned to the customer's credit card account within ten working days from the end of the contract.

NON-MAKING PAYMENT INTEREST TO BE PROCESSED AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
In long-term lease agreements, if the new term rental fee is not paid within three days from the beginning of the rental period, the lessor may terminate the lease agreement and request the return of the vehicle without delay.

The tenant accepts, declares and undertakes in advance and irrevocably that he will be legally and criminally liable for the use of the vehicle without the consent of the lessor, if the lessor does not extend the lease agreement and/or terminates the contract and does not deliver the vehicle within three days after requesting the return of the vehicle.

In the event that the tenant does not make the payment within three working days after the debt becomes due, he has accepted, declared and committed to pay his debt together with the interest to be accrued at the T.C.M.B rediscount interest rate, in advance and irrevocably.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
RESERVATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
If the tenant has purchased an assurance package or has given up on renting a car up to 24 hours before the reservation time and requests the cancellation of the reservation, the reservation fee is not charged to the tenant.

In case of cancellation of the reservation after the completion of the rental process;

No refunds are made for reservations made for a three-day period,
For reservations longer than three days, the three-day rental fee is deducted from the reservation date, provided that the reservation end date is not exceeded, and the remaining fee is refunded to the tenant.
If requested by purchasing the ASSURANCE PACKAGE, it allows the cancellation of your reservation without any fee deduction. In addition, if you return the car before the booking end date, the excess fee after the recalculated rental fee will be refunded to you.
EXTENDING THE RENTAL PERIOD
The vehicle owned by the lessor has been given to the lessee, provided that the terms and conditions specified in the contract are complied with.

The lessee can extend the rental period, provided that he informs at least 24 hours in advance, obtains the consent of the lessor, and pays the rental fee for the rental period he wishes to extend.

If the lessor informs the lessee that he can continue the contract by changing the given vehicle according to the reservation status and the lessee agrees to change the vehicle, the lease agreement is continued with a new contract to be drawn up over the tariff of the new vehicle to be given to the lessee. If a new contract is not signed for the extension of the lease, the terms of this contract will remain valid.

The lessor is not obliged to extend the contract, and if he does not extend the contract, he is not obliged to give reasons.

TERMINATION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT – TERMINATION
If the parties do not decide to extend the lease term and/or the lessee does not accept the lease extension request, the lease agreement ends.

Renter; In the event that the lessee does not comply with any of the essential conditions of the contract, he may terminate the contract, take back the vehicle immediately without resorting to legal remedies, without the need for precautionary measures or judgments, and may record the prepaid rent as income if he wishes.

The lessee has to deliver and return the vehicle subject to the contract to the lessor's "Istanbul Airport International Arrivals Floor (Signature Rent A Car) Central Office" or to any of the lessor's addresses specified in the contract on the day the lease agreement expires, and to the authorized personnel of the lessor in accordance with the conditions written in the contract. He accepts in advance and irrevocably that he is aware that not delivering the vehicle despite the expiry of the contract constitutes a crime under the provisions of the criminal law, that he will not keep the vehicle outside the rental period, that he will not be able to benefit from insurance, guarantees and legal rights after the expiry of the rental period and/or during illegal vehicle use, and declared and committed.

The lessee accepts, declares and undertakes in advance and irrevocably that when the rental agreement is terminated, the lessor has the right to take back the rented vehicle immediately, without the need for any prior warning, wherever it is, and that the lessor is obliged to pay the expenses to get the vehicle back.

TRANSPORT OF THE CONTRACT AND/OR VEHICLE
Tenant; It cannot transfer or assign the agent and the contract, and cannot transfer or assign it to a third party with a sub-tenancy agreement.

PROHIBITED MATTERS

              has declared and committed in advance and irrevocably that he will not use it.

USING THE VEHICLE TO THIRD PARTIES
       The Tenant cannot have the vehicle used by third parties without the consent of the Lessor. In this case, the tenant is obliged to register the identity, address and driver's license of the third party to the contract and to ensure that all conditions of the person authorized to use the rented vehicle are fully complied with. Persons using the vehicle are jointly and severally liable with the tenant, even if they have signed the contract.

It accepts, declares and undertakes in advance and irrevocably that it will terminate its authority to use business and that it will be considered as illegal seizure of the vehicle.

PROVISIONS ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The parties have mutually accepted, declared and committed that they are under the obligation to protect each other's personal data that they are aware of under the Personal Data Protection Law.

Unless the lessee informs the lessor in writing, that the lessor can process personal data, share it with business partners, share data and information through the website, SMS and other communication channels of the lessor, provided that the lessor stays within his own business boundaries and does not violate the rules written in the Personal Data Protection Law. has accepted, declared and committed in advance and irrevocably that he knows that data transfer to him and the lessor's business partners will continue through communication channels.

CAR RENTAL WITH FOREIGN LICENSE
Turkish citizens who will make a rental know and accept that it is possible to drive in our country with their driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries only under the following terms and conditions;
With the driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries, the vehicle can be used for a maximum of 1 year from the date of entry into our country.

Those who have been in our country for more than six months are required to have Turkish translations of their driver's licenses approved by foreign representatives or notary public, together with their driver's license, while driving.

At the end of one year, it is obligatory to replace the driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries with the driver's license of our country in order to be able to drive in our country.

Foreign nationals who will be renting know and accept that it is possible to drive in our country with their driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries, under the following conditions and conditions;
With the driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries, the vehicle can be used for a maximum of six months from the date of entry into our country.

At the end of six months, it is obligatory to replace the driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries with our country's driver's license in order to be able to drive in our country.

INSURANCE
leased vehicles; It is insured with Compulsory Financial Liability Insurance, within the limits of the policy, against third parties who are damaged in accordance with the Highway Traffic Law. Renter; Responsibility to occur as a result of accidents causing damage to third parties shall be undertaken in the amount of compensation to be received by the insurance company, provided that it remains within the scope of the Compulsory Financial Liability Insurance for each vehicle. The responsibility above these limits and the moral compensation claims of the injured persons and their relatives belong to the lessee, and the lessor reserves the right of recourse to the lessee.
Tenant; the rented vehicle is stolen or the vehicle is damaged as a result of any accident, the transportation expenses made to bring the vehicle to the rented place and the fee for being out of work during the repair of the vehicle without objection.
At the beginning of the lease, the tenant who agrees to pay the determined Damage Exemption Premium will be relieved of this responsibility if he fulfills the following conditions;

DAMAGES OVER THE INSURANCE COVERAGE OR EXEMPTION LIMITS

CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN THE PARTIES

APPLICABLE LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, AUTHORIZED COURTS AND EXECUTION OFFICES
